We 'd like to share some exciting updates about the next Ayurvedic Yoga Massage ARYM training in India :

Master Kusum Modak, our teacher and the developer of the original Method AYM-ARYM, is joining us during some days of next Ayurvedic Yoga Massage training in Pune in December, as well as in Goa in January. She will be sharing with us lectures about her amazing 35-year experience with the Ayurvedic Yoga Massage method.

Our training in Pune will be held at the Arogyabhumi Ayurvedic Center in Khalad Village. The center is located in Khalad, near Saswad, in Pune district. It is about 45-minute drive from Pune center. See Google map: http://goo.gl/maps/GHLRw
Arogyabhumi in Sanskrit means Health Land. The center is part of an organic farm, initially dedicated to educational program to solve local farming issues and water shortages. There are gardens and orchards all around, so many organic fresh products to nourish us. You are welcome to join Ayurvedic cooking and to share your culinary talents, or simply enjoy the meals. Arogyabhumi has its own infrastructures built on the property, including accommodation; a restaurant and an Ayurvedic clinic. You can swim, dive and cool off during the day in a large pool of fresh water. The center is run by Dr. Sonali Shinde BAMS.

Dr. Sonali Shinde BAMS practices Ayurvedic medicine for the last 20 years and has joined recently our ARYM training program in Pune. She proposes Prakriti balancing consultation and will be sharing several lectures on Ayurveda during our time together. It is an opportunity to deepen our understanding on healing and well-being. Participants who wish to experience various types of traditional Ayurvedic treatments can book a variety of individual sessions after training hours, such as: Basti, Nasia, shirodhara, abhyanga, Udvartana, application of oil, steam bath and other relaxation therapies.

Rooms on the campus are simple, comfortable and clean. Accommodations start at 450 Indian Rupees in dormitory room and goes up to 1200 per day for private accommodation. Please make a reservation for your collective or private room as soon as possible. It is also possible to stay outside the campus, we can advise, but we are not managing it.

Complete organic meals and tea-breaks package is available at INR950 per day...

The 1st Ayurvedic Yoga Massage Festival in Goa is happening on Jan.11 in Anjuna
This first time Festival will be chaired by Master Kusum Modak. It is a great opportunity for trained therapists, teachers, senior and new students, as well as anyone wanting to discover the method to meet and share about the work All are welcome to be there to celebrate this event around our dearest Kusum.
